Why do we love this Prosecco?

Prosecco Col Fondo is a cloudy form of Prosecco, it literally means “with the bottom”. It is cloudy because it is not disgorged, lees remain on the bottom of the bottle and they continue to preserve and develop the wine until its consumption. Col Fondo sparkling wines are more natural and pure, with savoury flavours in contrast to the more sweet, floral and fruitier taste of traditional Prosecco.

Prosecco Springo Col Fondo is a unique natural Italian sparkling wine with wonderful aromatics and soaring acidity, from a traditional hilly location Valdobbiadene.  

Very dry, but fresh wine with mineral notes. 

The nose reveals apple, peach and hints of freshly baked bread. 

Bubbles are subtle and persistent. 

This Prosecco Col Fondo is extremely food-friendly, it is a wonderful match for seafood, cheese, salami and other appetisers and party snacks.

A high-quality, unfiltered sparkling wine, produced  without sugar. This is Prosecco with a difference and thanks to the sophisticated green packaging a fantastic fizzy gift.
