Fizzy Happiness is a UK-based specialist importer of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, bringing carefully curated, premium Italian bubbles and wines to homes and hospitality venues across the UK.

Founded from a love of authentic Italian wine culture and a desire to share real Prosecco, Fizzy Happiness supplies private customers, independent bars, and restaurants, as well as operating our own wine bars: La Dolce Bolla in Marlow and UNDICI in Old Amersham.

Our Story

When our founder, Kristyna Weston, moved to the UK from Prague, she was surprised to find that truly good Prosecco was hard to come by — despite the UK being one of the world’s largest consumers of the style. Drawing on years of travel, wine study, and firsthand experience in Italy, she set out to change that.

The result was Fizzy Happiness: a small, independent wine house built around relationships with family-run Italian producers, a belief in place and quality over branding, and the simple idea that good wine should be shared — not overexplained.
